Her story
For fifteen long years, Halima has walked a painful path; years of infertility, repeated hospital visits, painful medical procedures, and irregular menstruation that has left her body weary and her heart heavy. But the deepest wound has been the emotional distress of living with a co-wife who has many children while she has none. The pain cut even deeper when she raised her co-wife's daughter as her own, only to have the child later taken from her.
